Groups
Groups are seated together for Lunch and Dinner Buffet cruises.
Buses pull right up to the ship’s gangway for loading and pickup.
Free bus parking directly across the street from the ships.
**Non-bus groups pay for parking.
Group Requirements:
25 or more adults to qualify for a group rate.
Group Rates require an advance reservation to be made with one individual paying for entire reservation.
Deposit due no later than two weeks after reservation is made.
Final passenger count and payment due two weeks prior to sailing.
Groups should plan to arrive no later than 30 minutes prior to departure.
Special seating requests must be discussed at the time of final attendee count and payment.
If your group is tax exempt: We must receive, in advance, the tax exempt certificate with the date of the cruise and a current signature.
The cost must be paid by check or credit card of that organization.
We cannot accept personal checks or cash as payment for tax exempt groups.

I just wanted to thank you so much for all your help with the trip for Mechanicville Seniors on Tuesday. They all had such a lovely time. The food I heard was fabulous, they loved the entertainment. They especially loved the recognition to the Senior Center from the musician. They enjoyed the dancing, and the weather and views were wonderful.
It was a great time for all, so I wanted to thank you and also for all your extra help as this was my first time planning a trip!
It was excellent would highly recommend doing this again!
